PROGRAMS & SERVICES
The Graham Avenue BID aims to create the conditions under which our businesses can grow and thrive – in support of a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood, where people can live, do business, work, shop, and play. We sustain this by providing supplemental sanitation services seven days a week working closely with our selected vendor and DSNY. We also develop and manage a wide variety of efforts to improve and promote the area in coordination with appropriate City agencies and elected officials. This includes providing graffiti removal, power washing of the streets, security cameras along with festive street banners and holiday lighting. As well as coordinating retail marketing and advertising. Our vision of local commercial revitalization includes our continued support for the growth, cultural preservation, expanded diversity and retail potential of the Moore Street Market, “La Marqueta”.
SUPPLEMENTAL SANITATION —
We provide supplemental sanitation services 7 days a week to keep our business district clean and inviting.
This includes providing graffiti removal from commercial properties and power washing of our district sidewalks.
STREET POLE BANNERS–
We provide colorful seasonal street pole banners to draw attention to our businesses throughout the year.
HOLIDAY LIGHTING —
The Graham Avenue BID provides holiday lighting throughout our commercial district .
GRAHAM AVENUE ANNUAL FIESTA —
Graham Avenue BID brings our community together every year at our Annual Fiesta along a stretch of seven blocks of Graham Avenue for a day of outdoor fun filled with food, entertainment and shopping.
